El 24 de noviembre Armanda Music lanzó una recopilación del mejor trance del 2008. Son 2 discos donde los sonarán los tracks más populares que Armin Van Buuren toco durante el año, este vendria a ser un preview al ASOT Year Mix. El disco esta lleno de nuevos talentos y reconocidos productores, pero muchos sonidos de Syths.
El CD1.
Suave, algo más tranquilo con sonidos tech, así empieza el CD 1 pero ahí mismo Julian Royal le pone la fuerza para que el disco empize a sonar más melódico. El disco contiene muchos temas vocales, melodias pegajosas y sonido que nos recuerda al tech-trance. Los tracks de Amej, Max Graham, DJ Remy, Envio (For You que track), Markus Schulz feat Dauby o Markus Schulz y Andy Moor simplemente ponen a este disco entre mis preferidos del 2008.
El CD2.
Empieza con Orjan Nilsen y un clásico del año 2008 ¨La Guitarra¨ con una hermosa melodía y fuerza que le da al disco, temas de Ascension, Push, Umek o Sigmun pondrán ese sonido clásico del trance, al final Armin termina con su ultima producción junto a DJ Shah - Going Wrong con la voz de Chris Jones.
El disco como ya nos tiene acostumbrados Armin está mezclado con Ableton Live y son mezclas rapidas pero presisas así Armin obtiene meter 69 tracks en los 2 discos.
